Cancellation Policy

• 30% deposit with reservation and payment upon receipt of the boat.
• For cancellation up to 7 days before the reservation, 50% of the deposit is returned.
• For cancellations within the last 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of bad weather, for the safety of customers:
  • The reservation is transferred to another date upon consultation, depending on availability.
  • Alternatively, the entire deposit is refunded.
